Begin with WHY

The philosopher (and Simon Sinek) in me continually asks this primary question: Why?

For a business to succeed, for a product to succeed, to build an amazing culture ... and most important of all, to find fulfillment in the process ... you have to know the Why behind it all. Not only that, it's a question you have to continually ask and fearlessly answer as time goes by.

If your Why is not in order — your deeper Why — and not informing your actions and choices, your greatest external successes may one day wind up feeling more empty or meaningless than you can currently imagine.

True success is an inside game, and is ultimately measured by love, laughter, connection, joy, enthusiasm and service. Build this into all aspects of your business and win or lose you cannot fail. Fail to do so and you cannot win.
